Identity verification (KYC) is required for two actions:
Card redemptions — transferring a card out to your PSA vault
Cash withdrawals — sending your USD balance to your bank
You'll also be asked to share your location when you request either of these. Verification helps us confirm that assets and funds are going to the rightful owner and helps prevent fraud.
